WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION-STANDARDS OF DUTY OF CARE
Standard of Care. Warehouseman is liable for damages only for loss or injuries to the goods caused by [his or her] failure to exercise such care in regard to them as a reasonably careful person would exercise under like circumstances, but unless otherwise agreed warehouseman is not liable for damages that could not have been avoided by [his or her] exercise of such care.
Inclusions. It is agreed that the exercise of reasonable care shall include the following: [list acts that are expected of warehouseman].
